Once your item(s) is received and inspected you will get a Refund/ Exchange . All returned items are subjected to a 10% Restock Fee.

Buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning/exchanging a item.
If items being SENT BACK received free shipping on that invoice; our shipping costs will be deducted from your CREDIT amount.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping for your exchange will be invoiced to you at the time we ship your item out
We suggest obtaining tracking on your returned/exchanged items. That way if it is lost in transit you are able to contact USPS for a resolution.
Wrong Address Provided At Check-Out:
If the wrong address is provided at check-out and we ship the item(s) you are 100% financially responsible for the wrongly shipped item. Once a item is shipped by USPS we can not stop the shipment. Please contact us immediately if the wrong address was provided so we can revise the order if it has not already been shipped.
