We at Elusive Cowgirl are dedicated to our customers and their needs. Please read What is eligible for a return in the paragraphs below. Following these guidelines will assist us in processing your exchange/return quicker.

 

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.


ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN:

All Jewelry, Sunglasses, Face Masks, Gaiter Masks, Daily Deals, Bundles, Deals of The Week, Outfit of The Week,  Readers, Socks, Gift Cards, Purses, Hats, Scarves, Gloves, Items Under Unique Trinkets Category, Home Décor, Lamps, Custom Items, and Spoole Belts & Buckles are Final Sale Items. All Sale Items are Final sale items.

Guidelines for Returns, Credits, and Exchanges : All ITEMS MUST HAVE THEIR ORIGINAL TAGS. ALL ITEMS RETURNED/EXCHANGED MUST BE IN NEW, UNUSED, AND UNLAUNDERED CONDITION WE ONLY RETURN ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM ELUSIVECOWGIRLBOUTIQUE.COM


WE GO OVER ALL MERCHANDISE BEFORE IT IS SHIPPED OUT. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT ALL ITEMS ARRIVE IN PRISTINE CONDITION. ALL ITEMS ARE NEW AND PROFESSIONALLY PACKAGED. YOU HAVE 7  DAYS FROM THE TIME YOU RECEIVE YOUR ITEMS TO LOOK OVER YOUR MERCHANDISE AND MAKE SURE WE DID NOT MISS ANY FLAWS ON YOUR UNUSED/ UNWORN PRODUCTS. AFTER 7 DAYS WE ARE NO LONGER LIABLE FOR ANY FLAWS FOUND.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If your refund has not been issued within 10 Business days of us receiving your items please contact us at cowgirl@elusivecowgirl.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/exchanged no exceptions. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
Due to high traffic on the website we suggest purchasing the size you want. We no longer pull items for exchanges. 

Damaged Items:

You have 7 days after you have received the items to let us know if it arrived damaged. After the 7 days we are not responsible for damaged items. 


Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received a credit/ gift certificate will be issued.


If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later and you would like to return it. We can offer only a store credit/ gift certificate.

Shipping

IF YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE DOES NOT HAVE A AUTHORIZATION IT WILL BE DENIED.

  • Buyer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning a item.
  • If items being returned received free shipping on that invoice; our shipping costs will be deducted from your return amount.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Shipping for your exchange will be invoiced to you at the time we ship your item out

Items you would like to Return/ Exchange

Please allow up to 3 business days for us to respond with your Authorization number.


Depending on where you live, the time it may takes for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Wrong Address Provided At Check-Out:

If the wrong address is provided at check-out and we ship the item(s) you are 100% financially responsible for the wrongly shipped item. Once a item is shipped by USPS we can not stop the shipment. Please contact us immediately if the wrong address was provided so we can revise the order if it has not already been shipped.

Returns/ Exchanges If Sezzle Payment Method Was Used: 

All of the above policies apply when using Sezzle.

Additionally: 

All partial refunds are applied to the installments furthest in the future, first. If the refunded amount is greater than the amount of the purchase that is outstanding, Sezzle will apply a refund to the method used to pay the installments. Please allow up to five (5) business days for your refund to appear on your statement.

If the refund amount is less than the amount outstanding we will remove or reduce your future installments. For example, let’s say you make a $200 Sezzle purchase (ie 4 installments of $50). You have three (3) installments remaining, and you received a $70 refund. We’ll remove your 4th installment and reduce your 3rd installment by $20 (now $30).

Your new installment schedule would be a future $50 installment and a subsequent $30 installment, which would lead to a total payment amount of $130, matching your purchase minus the partial refund.

Please note that you are liable for all installments until Sezzle receives notice from the Elusive Cowgirl of the partial refund. Therefore, it is very important to obtain a Authorization number before returning items so that we can make sure your refund is processed smoothly.

We are not responsible for Sezzles policies. You the buyer are responsible for the contract you signed with them. Any disputes over the contract you signed has to be disputed with them directly.
